For HR leaders
Your service team takes the calls, the chats and the frustration. Customer Service Week is the week your organization is expected to say thank you, and a good week to build a habit that lasts longer than the cake.

Service teams hear from customers all day, the thanks and the complaints. Recognition from their own managers tends to arrive far less often. This week is a chance to change the ratio.

The 5-day plan
Each move takes managers 10 to 20 minutes. By Friday, every person on the team has been recognized for something specific, and you know which managers did it.
Each manager thanks every team member for one specific customer interaction.
Pull recent compliments from surveys, reviews and tickets, and share them with the agent and the team.
Recognize what customers never see: tough escalations, fixes to help articles, coaching new hires.
A senior leader joins a huddle or sends a note, using a real example the manager supplies.
Celebrate together, and have each manager pick a weekly recognition habit to keep going.
